Accomplish Fitness Goals Without Guilt

Personal training for progress, not perfection!

Are you ready to work with a personal trainer that prioritizes your goals rather than a “one size fits all” approach?

I cater to your goals, needs, and assess how you feel most motivated.

Does any of this ring a bell?

  • You’re tired of trying exercise regimes that are above or below your capability.

  • Exercise isn’t fun, enjoyable, or even interesting for you.

  • You’re recovering from an injury and don’t know how to ease back into physical activity.

  • You’re unmotivated and unsure of how to get active.

  • You’re not comfortable going to a gym alone and working out at home isn’t a good fit.

  • You enjoy exercise, but really crave accountability.

I make exercise fun, feasible, and effective wherever you find yourself on your health journey.

Being fit is a state of mind.  I help you discover the fit person in you through a changed lifestyle of consistent, healthy habits.  I provide the knowledge, encouragement, and the support system that will assist you in achieving your fitness goals. Be prepared to have fun and laugh while you get in shape!

I encourage and welcome you to come see my qualified, compassionate instruction for yourself.
