I’ve been an athlete as long as I can remember. From starting off as a regularly nationally ranked gymnast in my childhood, to becoming a member of the Joffrey Ballet as a teenager, and most recently discovering the aerial arts, I have enjoyed the health benefits of movement. I know that consistent exercise creates long term mental health benefits, both emotionally and intellectually. It causes clients to want to prioritize nutrition and sleep, supports freedom from disease, and creates an overall more comfortable and enjoyable lifestyle.

I make exercise fun…plus, I’m pretty funny. Come play and find out how much I can get you to enjoy moving. Rates are dependent on location and time.

Being fit is a state of mind.  I help you discover the fit person in you through a changed lifestyle of consistent, healthy habits.  I provide the knowledge, encouragement, and the support system that will assist you in achieving your fitness goals. Be prepared to have fun and laugh while you get in shape!  I encourage and welcome you to come see my qualified, compassionate instruction for yourself.

Where do I train?

I coach clients in person in the comfort of their home as well as on FaceTime and Zoom.

I also can be found training clients outdoors at a local SF parks.

I start by finding out what is important to my clients, and then dedicate myself to putting together individually tailored programs that match personal goals and interests. I enjoy training with a wide range of clients who want help working to the best of their ability. My programs are tailored primarily to assist with fat loss and lean muscle gain.

I work with all genders, fitness levels, and ages, and will create a program to fit and enrich any person interested in pursuing a healthier life. Through weight training and exercises that increase flexibility and core strength, I can help you achieve your sport and fitness goals. My classical training in ballet, modern dance, gymnastics, and yoga, as well as my fun pursuit of the aerial arts, surfing, and snowboarding all contribute to my customized programs that work for the athlete, as well as the recreational client.

With more than fifteen years of experience teaching strength training and cardiovascular fitness, I have the practiced ability to read individual body mechanics and correct minute form imperfections. I keep your workout safe, effective, and interesting.

I’d love to show you how exercise can transform your life.
